We are currently seeking dedicated and results-driven professionals to join our Rotana Hotels team as Sales Executives.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic sales activities, ensuring comprehensive coverage of defined accounts, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel through direct sales efforts.
- Ensure complete coverage of own portfolio, covering all levels of accounts' managerial and departmental executives for comprehensive client servicing, achieving targets, and maximum productivity.
- Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed set targets.
- Solicit and serve transient and group business and meetings.
- Adhere to selling strategies during negotiations and maximize upselling opportunities whenever possible.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of properties' unique selling points, features, amenities, services, and policies.
- Develop corporate offer letters and yearly contracts, and other required business correspondence.
- Provide feedback on changing marketing conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone, and/or direct mail.
The role involves generating and maintaining customers of defined accounts and areas through sales activities like face-to-face sales calls, telephone calls, or entertainment. The key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a high level of exposure for the hotel through direct sales.
- Ensuring comprehensive and complete coverage of own portfolio, covering all levels of accounts' managerial and departmental executives for comprehensive client servicing, achieving targets, and maximum productivity.
