Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Supervisor to lead our Road Management Center team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of improving operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Accountabilities
  • Work closely with the RMC Procedures and Processes Manager to develop and implement best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to RMC Supervisors to ensure they are equipped to manage escalated events and incidents.
  • Ensure adherence to Quality, Health and Safety, and Environment Policy and Procedures within the workplace.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher-level qualification in Engineering or a relevant field.
  • Accreditation from the Institute of Asset Management (IAM) or similar is an advantage.
  • Current/valid Qatar Driving License required.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in diary management and managing multiple tasks/activities.
