Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the laundry department, including external/outsourced laundry services.
  • Oversee the department's budget and control expenditure.
  • Develop and maintain a complete knowledge of all areas in the laundry operation, including washing, spotting, starching, dry-cleaning, and pressing.
  • Train and manage laundry staff, ensuring high-quality service and productivity.
  • Maintain the highest standards of guest laundry and dry cleaning to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain department organization, manning, and productivity, ensuring a smooth operation on business forecast.
What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 4-5 years of laundry experience, with 3 years at a management level.
  • Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
  • Schedule flexibility and ability to multi-task.
  • Preferably residing in Qatar.
