Corporate Sales Manager

Raffles Doha is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and maximizing revenue opportunities in your designated area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and secure corporate accounts to achieve targeted budget goals.
  • Account Management: Develop and execute account plans for top 20 accounts, including pricing, yield management, and sales activities to maximize hotel profitability.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize business intelligence tools, company-wide programs, and sales developments to solicit and secure business on behalf of the hotel.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the Cluster Director of Sales, MICE, to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of the corporate sales landscape, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
