  We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties, ensuring seamless interactions between tenants and management staff. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing daily tasks, property measurements, and regulations, while working closely with the team to address tenant complaints and handle day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a working knowledge of property regulations and accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is essential, along with experience in large-scale real estate companies and leadership of a team of 20 members or more. A diploma or bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required, and a minimum of 5 years of experience as a property manager is preferred. Additionally, proficiency in Arabic (Native) and strong organizational, communication, and document management skills are necessary.

Qualifications
  To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a property manager, a diploma or bachelor's degree in business or a related field, and proficiency in Arabic (Native). Strong organizational, communication, and document management skills are also essential. Familiarity with Qatari real estate law and experience handling tender documents and preparation are added advantages.
