The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Leadership: Developing and implementing a comprehensive security strategy to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Cybersecurity Expertise: Providing technical leadership and guidance on data security, application security, infrastructure security, and risk management.
  • Team Management: Managing a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance, and mentoring to ensure high levels of employee engagement and retention.
  • Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating with sales and delivery teams to execute revenue recognition objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A university degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business Administration with specialization in Information Technology.
  • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCIH, or Service Delivery Management.
  • 15+ years of experience in IT service delivery, security consulting, and technical IT roles.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing large cloud services, cybersecurity business, and medium-to-large size teams.
