Fashion Executive Assistant

At Tiger Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fashion Executive Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our principal, ensuring seamless execution of fashion-related projects and events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the principal's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements related to fashion events, conferences, and shows.
  • Act as a liaison between the principal and fashion designers, stylists, and industry contacts.
  • Research and stay updated on the latest fashion trends, brands, and influencers.
  • Assist with wardrobe management, including organizing, cataloging, and curating clothing and accessory collections.
  • Coordinate fashion-related projects, such as photo shoots, fashion campaigns, and collaborations.
  • Handle personal shopping tasks, including sourcing unique fashion pieces, accessories, and gifts.
  • Manage budgets, invoices, and expenses related to fashion purchases and projects.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Provide general administrative support, including managing emails, answering phone calls, and organizing documents.
  • Handle special requests and ad-hoc projects as assigned by the principal.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in a fashion-related role.
  • Strong knowledge and interest in the fashion industry, including familiarity with luxury brands, designers, and fashion trends.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and proactive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in managing schedules, budgets, and fashion-related tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software for scheduling, research, and organization.
  • Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
