Sales and Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced LV Switchgear Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for achieving sales objectives and targets while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities- Achieve sales objectives and targets monthly, quarterly, and annually as provided by management.
- Generate inquiries and leads by identifying prospects (projects, persons, consultants, contractors, etc.).
- Study specifications, drawings, and requirements of the project.
- Prepare and check estimations for accuracy as per format and market/customer situation.
- Select products and services to comply with specifications and client requirements.
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations and update all information in the CRM as per company procedures.
- Negotiate with customers on price, costs, delivery, and specifications; job finalization and order handling.
- Coordinate and prepare project/sales related activities/documentation as per ISO procedures.
- Monitor project/site progress in respect to job execution and as per production planning, updating progress to the client as necessary.
- Follow up on payments/receivables.
- Maintain market awareness of ongoing projects, decision makers, expected project start dates, competitors, etc., and forecast & present the same to management.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
- Establish new contacts, set up meetings, and develop relationships with prospects, clients, and consultants; recommending solutions.
- Prepare reports for management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information as per management approved agenda guidelines.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
- Help in researching and introducing new products to the market.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Collaborate with intercompany departments to achieve better results.
- Handle after-sales activities, correspondence, and customer complaints or objections.
- Must have at least 4 years of sales experience in LV Switchgear.
