Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Financial Business Partner to support our business with financial analyses, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, management reporting, and financial business cases.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop financial models and conduct analysis using quantitative tools and techniques.
  2. Analyze and report actual revenues and costs; prepare root-cause variance analyses and report to management on a periodic basis.
  3. Identify and develop process improvements in conjunction with finance stakeholders and/or business.
  4. Conduct revenue and cost analysis for senior management in Finance.
  5. Identify and develop KPIs in conjunction with business and report them on a regular basis.
  6. Ensure financial accounting reporting is in sync with corporate definitions and reports.
  7. Review annual budget submissions in-line with key management strategies/targets.
  8. Control spend to ensure cost of sale targets are achieved and recommend measures.
  9. Review business case proposals generating incremental revenues or cost reduction.
  10. Review contracts/agreements for financial compliance.
  11. Consolidate and analyze financial results of departments on a monthly basis and yearly during the budgeting process.

About You

Qualifications

  1. A minimum Bachelor Degree or Equivalent with 4 years job-related experience.
  2. Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to review variances, analyse and interpret data.
  4. Excellent Command of English language.
  5. Must have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, MS Access, and Power Point.
  6. Must have good interpersonal skills.
  7. Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently with minimal instruction.
  8. Able to add value to internal customers.
