Job Title: Real Estate Sales Professional

Job Overview:

As a Real Estate Sales Professional at RE/MAX Qatar, you will be responsible for promoting and selling residential or commercial properties to potential buyers or assisting property owners in selling their real estate. Your role will involve advising clients on market conditions, property values, and legal requirements, while providing excellent customer service to ensure a smooth transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Management:
    • Develop and maintain a strong client base by networking, cold calling, and following up on leads.
    • Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences in buying, selling, or renting properties.
    • Provide clients with information on market conditions and prices.
    • Offer advice on the terms and conditions of the property sale or purchase.
  2. Property Marketing:
    • List properties on various platforms and use digital marketing strategies to promote sales.
    • Prepare and present property listings to potential buyers.
    • Conduct open houses and property tours for prospective buyers.
    • Develop and execute marketing plans to attract potential clients and generate sales leads.
  3. Transaction Management:
    • Negotiate offers and counter offers to ensure the best possible deal for the client.
    • Assist clients with the paperwork and legal requirements of buying or selling properties.
    • Coordinate with mortgage brokers, attorneys, and inspectors to ensure all transaction processes are completed smoothly.
    • Monitor sales progress and ensure that all contracts are properly executed.
  4. Market Research and Analysis:
    • Stay informed about real estate markets and trends in the area.
    • Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values accurately.
    • Provide clients with insights into property investment opportunities.
  5. Customer Service:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
    • Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
    • Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Professional or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in real estate software and online listing platforms.
  • Valid real estate license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with 3 years residential and/or commercial property sales.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Working Conditions:
