About the Role:

The Clinical Operational Supervisor plays a critical role in the daily operations of Zadie Clinic, ensuring efficient administration and optimal staffing. This position is responsible for managing the daily activities within non-medical departments, staffing, and interdepartmental workflow to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational plans for emergencies, such as machine malfunctions or increased Covid-19 infections.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with protocols for medical care, including infection control procedures and social distancing.
  • Manage healthcare facility policies and procedures, ensuring best practices are followed and resolving cases of non-compliance.
  • Provide training to staff on relevant topics, such as safe work practices and emergency response.
  • Foster innovative approaches to optimize healthcare levels while reducing facility costs.
  • Oversee operational management to ensure zero deficit on monthly performance.
  • Process insurance claims, rejections, and appeals, and liaise with insurance providers for timely payments.
  • Address significant patient issues and staffing needs, making modifications to ensure equitable staffing arrangements.
  • Implement, monitor, and resolve operational services, setting guidelines for effective, efficient, and patient-centered clinical operations.
  • Create and maintain a safe environment, promoting the highest standards of patient, provider, and staff safety.
  • Develop comprehensive plans for operational flow patterns, workflow, and controls, ensuring consistency across the practice.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments for promotional packages and corporate discounts, initiating and developing marketing plans for clinical services.
  • Plan, assist, set objectives, and direct work while appraising performance and competencies, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
  • Monitor KPIs to evaluate work performance.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director, Facility Management Department, and other medical team members to improve clinical workflow, patient satisfaction, building safety, and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management, health administration, or healthcare/hospital management.
  • At least 5 years of leadership and administrative experience, including personnel management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of FDA, DHP, and MOPH organizations, guidelines, and policies.
  • Demonstrated management experience in a multi-disciplinary healthcare facility with proven ability to analyze, interpret, and apply management principles, practices, and techniques in the conduct of business.
  • Female, preferred.
