Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team at Energy Jobline. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the preparation, analysis, and review of draft documents and specifications of manpower supply contracts for our projects and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Preparation: Prepare draft documents and specifications of manpower supply contracts for SATORP projects and services, and review technical and non-technical scope of work for proposed job titles.
- Tender Management: Prepare draft manpower supply tender documents for processing and subsequently review final tenders in coordination with the relevant department.
- Pre-Tender Meetings: Attend pre-tender meetings, address bidders' queries, obtain approvals from all concerned parties, and prepare necessary addendum.
- Contract Review: Review and suggest any amendments (corrections, clarifications, additions, and/or deletions), including variation order requests, on the manpower supply contracts before submitting to the Project Control Head for review and approval.
- Contractor Support: Work with SATORP organizations to ensure answering contractors' queries and questions.
