Job Summary
Management Solutions International MSI is seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Develop, implement, and maintain effective contract management systems to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Procurement: Assist in the procurement process, including sourcing, evaluating, and selecting vendors and contractors.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and other team members.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve contract-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 15 years of experience in the construction sector, preferably in a Contract Administrator role.
- Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills, ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, and excellent organizational and time management skills.
