To achieve this, the successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure high-quality service delivery, negotiate favorable terms, and resolve operational challenges.

Key Performance Areas:

  1. Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline laundry operations, reduce costs, and improve turnaround times without compromising quality.
  2. Customer Satisfaction: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to elevate the overall customer experience.
  3. Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to ensure high-quality service delivery, negotiate favorable terms, and resolve operational challenges.

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ year of experience in operations management, performance analysis, or a related field, preferably within the laundry, hospitality, or service industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and make informed decisions to drive performance improvements.
