About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Customer Service Leader to join our team in Qatar-Doha. The successful candidate will lead consulting and client teams in implementing transformational customer service projects within the public sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team, leading and inspiring cross-functional consultants and client personnel.
  • Project Development & Execution: Design and implement customer service strategies that improve engagement, satisfaction, and responsiveness, leveraging innovative practices, and oversee project execution ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to identify customer service needs and opportunities for enhancement, providing regular updates and reports on project status, challenges, and outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay informed about emerging trends in customer service, including Artificial Intelligence concepts, and facilitate training sessions to enhance customer service capabilities.
