  • Develop and advise on the North Field Expansion (NFXP) Offshore Business activities, ensuring alignment with internal processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate the hiring process for all OCR new hires, ensuring timely and efficient recruitment.
  • Coordinate the CV process for all ITPs, both SIS and TPIS, to ensure seamless candidate selection.
  • Provide guidance and support in implementing Project Management System (QGPMS) processes, ensuring compliance with expectations from project concept to closeout.
  • Advise on project deliverables and plans, ensuring they meet QGPMS requirements and are ready for passage through Gates 2, 3, 4, and 5.
  • Coordinate project management system aspects with other disciplines on the Project Management Team (PMT), as necessary.
Key Accountabilities
  • Advise the PMT team on QGPMS processes, ensuring timely production of Gate deliverables and formulation of roadmaps aligned with the DRAM.
  • Facilitate the hiring process for the NFXP Project PMT team, arranging interviews and requesting negotiations with MPR (Major Projects Recruitment).
  • Maintain personnel management registers, updating details of each hiring process with MPR.
  • Coordinate CV requests from SIS and TPIS agencies, advising selected candidates to Contract Specialist.
  • Provide effective support to the NFXP offshore Project, ensuring successful implementation and stewardship of QGPMS processes.
  • Coordinate, guide, and support preparation of Gate deliverables, including Roadmap, deliverables, Responsibility & Authorities Matrix (RAM), and QGPMS compliance.
  • Participate in project reviews, including Independent Project Review, Cold Eyes Review, Construction Readiness Review, Design Readiness Review, and Internal Assessments, identifying and organizing team members to ensure independent reviews.
  • Maintain QGPMS project key milestones/activities schedule, working with assigned focal points on monthly updates, ensuring timely completion of activities and archiving necessary documents.
