F-15 Phase Dock Crew Chief

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced F-15 Phase Dock Crew Chief to join our team at Boeing. As a key member of our aircraft maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in the maintenance and repair of F-15 aircraft.

• Lead Aircraft Maintenance Team: Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of technicians in the maintenance and repair of F-15 aircraft.
• Aircraft Maintenance and Repair: Perform maintenance and repair tasks on F-15 aircraft, including inspections, repairs, and modifications.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all maintenance and repair work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Export Control Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance and repair work complies with export control regulations and requirements.
• International Assignment: Be prepared to work on international assignments, including obtaining clearances from International Health Services and receiving a visa/work permit to the country of assignment.

• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance: Must have an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
• Experience with Fighter Aircraft Maintenance: Minimum of 1 year of experience with fighter aircraft maintenance and/or management.
• Variable Shifts and Overtime: Must be willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime.
• Work Visa and Cultural Requirements: Must be able to obtain a work visa, depending on requirements of the country, and meet the cultural requirements of the country, as applicable.
• Education and Experience: Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
