Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admission Billing Officer to join our team at Power International Holding Qatar.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering patient charts, sorting and reconciling documents, and accurately calculating and reporting billing information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and organize patient charts and documents in a designated department
  • Sort and reconcile documents related to patient care, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Calculate and report billing information for patients, including charges for procedures
  • Reconcile discrepancies between data gathered and submissions
  • Enter information into patient account systems
  • Perform pre-admitting activities, including receiving bookings, interviewing patients, and screening insurance information
  • Perform admitting activities, including greeting patients, conducting interviews, and preparing receipts
  • Prepare and distribute various admission forms
Requirements
