About the Role

The Lube Sales Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our client's Petronas Service Centers, demonstrating a hands-on approach to managing the facilities and ensuring all activities are executed in alignment with our company's high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and nurture a small team of dedicated technicians to achieve exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the workshop and wholesale markets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost management.
  • Monitor and control the performance of the workshop using applicable tools, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Manage and plan parts orders with the parts manager to ensure timely availability and minimize stockouts.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers to encourage repeated and referral business, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain high-quality service repairs and minimize comebacks by conducting periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.
  • Prepare pricing guides and maintenance menus to optimize sales and revenue growth.
  • Handle customer complaints immediately and according to company guidelines, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Maintain a safe work environment and employees' professional appearance, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Drive sales of all added value products through all wholesale and internal markets, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Conduct market analysis and expansion of all products across Jordan, staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.

This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and inspire a team to achieve exceptional results, while also possessing excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and improvement.
