Key Responsibilities
  • ERP System Management (Odoo):
    • Oversee the full lifecycle management of the Odoo ERP system, including configuration, customization, upgrades, and maintenance.
    • Ensure the ERP system is aligned with the company's business processes and goals, making recommendations for enhancements as needed.
    • Lead the implementation of new modules, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with existing systems and processes.
    • Monitor system performance and manage any technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
    • Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
  • CRM Management:
    • Manage the CRM system to support the company's customer success strategies.
    • Customize and optimize CRM workflows to improve customer success engagement.
    • Integrate the CRM with other business applications, ensuring a unified approach to data management and customer insights.
    • Train and support end-users to maximize CRM adoption and effectiveness across the organization.
    • Analyze CRM data to provide actionable insights that drive customer-centric decision-making.
  • Application Integration:
    • Lead the integration of various business applications with the ERP system, ensuring data consistency and process efficiency.

  • Process Improvement & Innovation:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline business processes through better use of ERP, CRM, and integrated applications.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending innovative solutions to enhance system capabilities.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring the company's technology landscape evolves to meet future demands.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track system performance, user adoption, and business impact.
    • Provide regular updates to senior management on the status of ERP, CRM, and integration projects.
    • Ensure all systems comply with data governance and security policies, maintaining the integrity of business data in alignment with the Security Team.
