About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and managing financial transactions, including proforma invoices, local purchase orders, and vendor invoices. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure accurate and timely processing of these documents.

You will work closely with the Finance Department to follow up on accounts receivable and reconcile any discrepancies. Additionally, you will maintain the petty cash list, prepare vouchers, and submit them for approval.

Your excellent communication skills and customer service experience will enable you to courteously greet cash-paying customers and provide a warm welcome.

This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and attention to detail, who is able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare proforma invoices and ensure all costs are accurately posted in repair orders.
  • Maintain the petty cash list and prepare vouchers for submission to the Finance Department.
  • Prepare local purchase orders for sublets, consumables, and tires, and follow up on goods to ensure accurate pricing.
  • Courteously greet cash-paying customers and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
