  • Conduct HR audits to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance work processes.
  • Provide consulting services to employees on policies and procedures.
  • Develop a comprehensive talent management framework, including succession planning, career development, and competence development.
  • Enhance the competency development framework for various jobs.
  • Ensure that training and competency development requirements are identified and delivered for potential successors.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR and a certificate in OD is preferred.
  • Job Evaluation and Job Analysis Certifications are preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is preferred.
