Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Hiring Managers to understand hiring requirements and job profiles to deliver candidates.
Edit and write candidate job profiles/briefs as required to ensure accurate representation.
Support Talent Acquisition Specialists with the creation of assessment tasks/tools to evaluate candidate suitability.
Schedule candidates and Hiring Managers for interview/assessment centres (online or face-to-face) to facilitate a smooth hiring process.
Ensure all relevant documentation is complete to process for hiring approval, maintaining compliance and efficiency.
Liaise with the Talent Acquisition on-boarding team to ensure timely and efficient onboarding of selected candidates.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the onboarding process to address any concerns or questions.
Perform other department duties related to the position as directed by the Head of the Department.
