About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team at lxbfYeaa as an Assistant HR Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a strong background in human resources management.

Key Responsibilities

  16. Performance and Salary Reviews: Conduct performance and salary reviews.
  17. HR Support: Provide support to HR staff.
  18. Compensation and Benefits Analysis: Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
  19. Employee Retention Strategies: Design and implement employee retention strategies.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 6+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles.
  2. Skills: Exceptional organizational and communication skills are required.
  3. HR Systems and Databases: Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  4. Labour Law and HR Best Practices: In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  5. Team Player: Should be proactive team players with strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  6. Change Management: Experienced in developing and supporting line managers through change.
  7. Confidentiality and Discretion: An ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy is crucial.
  8. Autonomy and Motivation: Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team.

  1. Master's Degree: Master's (Preferred).
