We are lxbfYeaa, a leading provider of innovative banking solutions. We are seeking a talented Senior WAY4 Developer, Team Leader to join our Cards Technology Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the design, development, and delivery of card and payment-related solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We need someone who can design, enhance, develop, and deliver cards and payment-related solutions, leading the group of cards team developers and SMEs.
  • The ideal candidate will monitor vendors' SLA on issue resolutions, ensuring compliance with Payment Schemes, Domestic Switch, and internal audit requirements.
  • They'll be responsible for controlling and improving MAR of Payment Schemes, ensuring full compliance with schemes and regulators' mandates.
  • This role involves working with the Cards team to build and maintain the technical aspects of Services.
  • The successful candidate will lead and direct the development and design of solutions around the Cards Domain.
  • They'll lead the team on project implementation and compliance execution.
  • Establishing development standards and documentation, following corporate standards and practices, is also part of this role.
  • The candidate will support major issue investigation and resolution, concluding in comprehensive RCA reports.
  • Assessing and redesigning the Cards systems setup to meet new payment industry trends and business requirements is crucial.
  • Reviewing and assessing vendors' proposed solutions in the scope of projects and requirements is also essential.
  • Collaboratively designing Cards solutions with vendors (PDP/SOW) is another key responsibility.
  • The ideal candidate will design and execute data migrations, ensuring the highest levels of data integrity and accuracy, and best possible performance.
  • Implementing new technologies around acquiring and issuing for the Cards Domain is also part of this role.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in ATM/POS Switches Environment is required.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Credit/Debit Card Systems is preferred.
  • The candidate should have full knowledge of Payment Schemes regulation and standards on transaction processing and card issuance.
  • Knowledge in software development lifecycle methodology and support documentation is necessary.
  • Leadership skills and knowledge transfer for team members are crucial.
  • Data analytic skills are also required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Payment-related cryptography and HSM maintenance configuration (Thales/Eracom) is preferred.
  • Experience in host and terminal certification is also beneficial.
  • New payment schemes launch experience is desirable.
  • TSYS PRIME/ONLINE architecture knowledge is necessary.
  • IST architecture knowledge is also required.
  • Way4 architecture knowledge is crucial.
  • Completed migration projects to/from PRIME, to/from eCMS, including development and design of the migration, is preferred.
