Job Description

The Operations and Finance Specialist will play a key role in managing linguists, providing administrative support, and ensuring quality service to customers. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Manage linguists in assigned areas, including Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, ensuring they meet performance expectations.
  2. Provide administrative support to linguists, including handling travel claims, charge codes, and other logistics.
  3. Educate linguists on leave policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
  4. Communicate with the Task Order Deputy Program Manager on new changes, concerns, and issues.
  5. Coordinate meetings between linguists and customers/unit POCs to manage expectations and ensure SOW requirements are met.
  6. Maintain accurate records for all assigned linguists using the Valiant database.
  7. Ensure 100% annual language testing and medical readiness status for all assigned linguists.
