Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the drilling strategy framework, incorporating inputs from various stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to optimize the drilling sequence, considering multiple scenarios and risks.
  • Provide actionable insights to support mid- to long-term optimizations.
  • Engage with shareholders on key accountabilities and represent NOC in validation processes.
  • Manage the team budget and engage with stakeholders for effective cost control.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years' experience in subsurface planning and coordination.
  • Minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geoscience, RE, or PE subject.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at senior shareholder and board level.
