Channel Sales Professional

Logicom Public Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in Qatar.
Job SummaryThe Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with partners, driving sales and revenue growth through sales channels. This role involves working with partners and vendors to ensure that Logicom's products/solutions are effectively represented and sold, ensuring elevated levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Sales Growth: Implement sales strategies and provide support to generate leads to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners and identify opportunities for new partnerships.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities with partners.
- Negotiate Partner Agreements: Negotiate terms and conditions of partner agreements, including pricing, delivery, and service level agreements.
- Address Partner Issues: Address any partner issues or conflicts promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive partner experience.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and partner performance to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure that partners adhere to the company's policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in channel sales, account management, or a related role, preferably within Data Center solutions.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing partner relationships, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
A remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate in line with the Company's compensation scheme and based on the qualifications and experience.
