We are seeking an Operations and Administrative Associate to support the daily activities of our team at Snap Inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support:
    • Assist with filing, sorting, and organizing documents and records.
    • Help in other clerical tasks as directed by the office manager or other senior staff.
  • Office Maintenance:
    • Ensure the office premises are clean and well-organized, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and taking care of waste disposal.
    • Maintain cleanliness in common areas like the kitchen, bathrooms, and conference rooms.
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Coordinate internal and external communication, including messaging, email, and phone calls.
  • Supply Management:
    • Monitor and replenish office supplies (stationery, printer paper, etc.).
    • Inform the office manager or relevant personnel when the stock is low.
  • Meeting Preparation:
    • Prepare meeting rooms, ensuring that chairs, tables, and presentation equipment are ready.
    • Set up refreshments for meetings when required.
