Job Description

The Finance Coordinator will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. This includes processing financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Transactions: Process and verify financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Data Entry: Ensure accurate and timely data entry into accounting systems.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain organized records of all financial documents.
  • Accounts Payable: Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payment of vendors.
  • Accounts Receivable: Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and financial regulations.
  • Internal and External Audits: Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications, excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
