Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Specialist to join our team. As an Application Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, identifying root causes of issues, and developing solutions to ensure optimal treatment results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-site service visits to clients, following scheduled visit protocols.
  • Provide routine support to the Sales team in site observation and optimization.
  • Collect and analyze water samples, and report results to management.
  • Inspect and maintain chemical dosing systems, and manage chemical inventory.
  • Interpret data and provide written recommendations to ensure treatment meets requirements.
  • Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and escalation as needed.
  • Prepare technical reports and written documentation.
  • Assist the Sales team with plant surveys, start-ups, and applications.
  • Ensure compliance with Veolia safety standards and incident reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent in Chemistry.
  • 2-5 years of experience in water treatment chemicals application in Reverse Osmosis, Boiler, Cooling Systems, and Wastewater.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with Computers (Google Suite, MS Office, etc.).
  • Valid GCC driving license (Qatar license preferred).
