Job Title: Senior Application Specialist

The role of Senior Application Specialist is a critical position within our organization, responsible for providing technical and clinical support on Dermatology and Aesthetic Medical Devices throughout the sales process and support. This includes promoting medical devices to customers, demonstrating device specifications and performance features, and controlling its parameters in accordance with the vendor's Manual and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality technical collateral that showcases the scientific capabilities of our products, focusing on providing a total solution for customers and identifying potential customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding equipment features and parameters queries/issues.
  • Memorize product features and present their functionalities to customers using applicable medical terminology.
  • Perform testing to evaluate new processes and during new equipment installation and software implementation.
  • Exhibit product expertise during customer support and clinical training.
  • Collaborate with the service unit team to determine the nature of clinical equipment problems.
  • Understand customers by proactively gathering information to learn about their needs and expectations.
  • Generate reports on demonstration results, regular feedback about customer needs, and end-user satisfaction.
  • Communicate customer information and problems, as well as opportunities, to the sales team.
  • Work with the service team and quality assurance to determine equipment-related problems' root causes and set corrective actions.
  • Ensure the Project Team maintains high-quality service and on-time delivery of project outputs for clients.
  • Follow established processes to efficiently deliver high-quality service.
  • Analyze competitor products and highlight our products' features to customers.
  • Contribute to processes and support business strategy.
  • Coordinate with the sales team in pre- and post-sales support to customers.
  • Proven ability to learn new technologies.
  • Organize and deliver training through candidate screening workshops, forums, and seminars.
  • Coordinate with the service team and project management team for training sessions at customer installation sites.
  • Manage company equipment in good and orderly condition.
  • Develop in-depth technical product competency.
  • Able to work closely within a team.
  • Maintain existing customer network and inform customers of upgrades or new product lines.
  • Build ongoing relationships with customers.
