We are looking for a Technology Management Leader to join our team at Trace Systems Inc. Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets;
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members;
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards;
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements



  • At least 6 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a similar role;
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools;
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities;
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
