Job Description:

The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing restaurant partnerships, optimizing operations, and developing growth strategies to drive revenue growth and improve internal processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners to drive revenue growth and improve internal processes.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for operational and strategic support, addressing and resolving partner issues related to logistics, service quality, or platform usage.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance metrics to ensure successful partnership outcomes.
  • Maintain and update data in our CRM system to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication & Presentation Skills to effectively engage with restaurant partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English required for effective communication.
  • Strong analytical skills to track progress, measure impact, and drive strategic decisions.
