We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at Al-Futtaim. As a key member of our Automotive Finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Management in process implementation of credit card and cash clearing, bank reconciliation, and other financial operations.
Key Responsibilities- Cash Management: Oversee cash (revenue & petty cash fund) management, ensuring accurate and timely processing of cash transactions.
- Credit Card and Cash Clearing: Implement and monitor credit card and cash clearing processes, ensuring seamless reconciliation and accurate reporting.
- Bank Reconciliation: Conduct daily bank reconciliations, verifying all cash and cheque transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Petty Cash Management: Monitor and manage petty cash float, ensuring adequate balance and reviewing pending reimbursements/claims for submission.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform ad hoc tasks as required by Management, including new setup projects and exceptional reports.
