At Proztec, we are seeking a Senior Design Consultant to join our team of talented professionals.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in design-centric projects, managing senior stakeholder relationships, and forming innovative end results.

This role requires engagement across all stages of the design process, from ideation to integrating solutions into seamless customer experiences.

We need someone who has been involved in designing impactful experiences across a range of projects and is eager to better customer experiences digitally and in person.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Advocate service design and work with teams to design products and services geared towards seamless customer experience.
  • Engage in the Design projects from understanding user experience, identifying gaps, and realizing solutions for optimal user experience.
  • Participate in the delivery of a range of projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Establish relationships and liaise with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

To qualify, you must have:

  • Recent relevant work experience of at least 3-9 years working collaboratively across engineering, product management, and user research teams.
  • A degree in service design, graphic design, human-computer interaction, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven designs and experience of launched services that have been implemented in the real world.
  • Deep expertise in design thinking/human-centered design.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience within a relevant service design discipline (Systems Design, Business Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design).
  • Ability to work within a self-directed culture and navigate ambiguity.
  • A dedication to teamwork and integrity within a professional environment.
  • Experience in a Scrum-based production process.
  • Experience defining or working with a design system.
  • A high proficiency in verbal and written Arabic is desirable.
