We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fire Engineer to join our team at Atkins Middle East. As a Senior Fire Engineer, you will be responsible for providing fire safety strategies and solutions to our clients in the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement fire safety strategies and solutions for various projects in the Middle East.
- Conduct fire risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation measures.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure fire safety is integrated into building designs.
- Develop and maintain fire safety policies and procedures for Atkins Middle East.
- Provide training and guidance to junior engineers on fire safety principles and practices.
- Represent Atkins Middle East at meetings with clients and stakeholders to discuss fire safety matters.
- Relevant Fire Engineering qualification or Engineering degree.
- Potential for Engineering Registration in Qatar.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in fire safety engineering, preferably in a design consultancy environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
- Strong knowledge of fire safety codes and standards, including NFPA and BS EN.
