Job Title: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive the identification and acquisition of new business opportunities.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market share, and achieve revenue targets.
  3. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential market segments, customer needs, and emerging trends.
  4. Manage budgets for business development activities and forecast revenue and expenses.
  5. Deal with C-suite employees and pitch sales to them.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in business development and B2B sales with at least managerial experience.
  2. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Deep understanding of market analysis, business trends, and customer behaviors.
  4. Proficiency in CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Domain/Industry: Business Advisory, Auditing & Accounting Advisory, Corporate Advisory

">

Qualification: MBA – Sales & Marketing or related field

Years of Experience: Minimum 5+ Years post qualification in Qatar

Additional Skills: Arabic speaking will be an added advantage
