">Job Title: Business Development Manager
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Drive the identification and acquisition of new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market share, and achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential market segments, customer needs, and emerging trends.
- Manage budgets for business development activities and forecast revenue and expenses.
- Deal with C-suite employees and pitch sales to them.
Requirements:
">- Experience in business development and B2B sales with at least managerial experience.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of market analysis, business trends, and customer behaviors.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Domain/Industry: Business Advisory, Auditing & Accounting Advisory, Corporate Advisory
">Qualification: MBA – Sales & Marketing or related field
">Years of Experience: Minimum 5+ Years post qualification in Qatar
">Additional Skills: Arabic speaking will be an added advantage
