We require a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Customer Service Officer to manage our Motor Department's client relationships in Qatar.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and addressing their concerns in a timely manner.
  • Negotiating with insurance companies to obtain quotations for motor insurance policies.
  • Following up with insurance companies and clients to ensure that requests are processed efficiently.
  • Assisting in resolving customer complaints and issues related to contract documents and collection.
  • Providing prompt and effective response to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Verifying policy documents to ensure they meet the agreed terms and conditions.
  • Collaborating with the processing team to enter policies on portals.
  • Issuing motor insurance policies on portals as required.
  • Preparing regular reports to track progress and performance.
  • Maintaining effective internal communications with relevant departments.
  • Ensuring compliance with KYC/AML requirements.
  • Performing other tasks as required.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the Insurance Industry, preferably in motor insurance.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
