  • Prepare correspondences, documents, and reports as requested by senior management and legal counsel.
  • Facilitate communication with external customers regarding document transmission and coordination.
  • Oversee office expenses and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for legal inquiries and requests, addressing employee concerns.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping, tracking cases, projects, and compliance activities.
  • Support legal counsel in client interactions, research, and investigations.
  • Promote timely updates to departments and divisions on legal matters.
  • Coordinate office logistics, including supplies, equipment, and event planning.
  • Nurture relationships with local and international law firms and service providers.
  • Collaborate on project coordination, monitoring, and enforcing compliance policies.

Requirements:
