- Prepare correspondences, documents, and reports as requested by senior management and legal counsel.
- Facilitate communication with external customers regarding document transmission and coordination.
- Oversee office expenses and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Serve as the main point of contact for legal inquiries and requests, addressing employee concerns.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping, tracking cases, projects, and compliance activities.
- Support legal counsel in client interactions, research, and investigations.
- Promote timely updates to departments and divisions on legal matters.
- Coordinate office logistics, including supplies, equipment, and event planning.
- Nurture relationships with local and international law firms and service providers.
- Collaborate on project coordination, monitoring, and enforcing compliance policies.
Requirements:
