Job Overview:

The STU Dynamics Sales Specialist is responsible for driving customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

This specialist works closely with the Account Team Unit (ATU) to secure business and technical decisions, moving customers from qualified to committed stages.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with executives to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure deployment and consumption of Microsoft's cybersecurity and compliance technology
  • Facilitate a seamless transition to the Customer Success Unit (CSU) once an opportunity or milestone is committed

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Customer satisfaction ratings
  • Revenue growth
  • Upselling and cross-selling success rates

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales and account management, particularly in the Dynamics 365 product area

Excellent relationship-building and communication skills

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
