We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at DC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support to employees, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support to employees, including answering queries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations, including investigating grievances, conducting interviews, and producing investigation reports.
  • Implement and follow best HR practices to ensure smooth functioning of the HR department.
  • Conduct orientation for new employees to create awareness of the company and its processes.
  • Process employee queries and respond in a timely manner.
  • Track, process, and maintain leave applications and submit data to payroll.
  • Submit expenses, coordinate employee travel, schedule meetings, and register for conferences.
  • Verify timekeeping records and consult employees about any discrepancies.
  • Manage the relationship between the organization and employees.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in compliance with the HR Policy and Procedures of DC.

Requirements:

  • 6 years of experience in Employee Relations (preferred)
  • Availability in Qatar with transferable visa
