Key Responsibilities
  1. Bank Position Report Management: Conduct daily updates of the bank position report to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  2. Bank Reconciliations: Perform thorough reconciliations of the bank statement against the general ledger and assigned clearing accounts.
  3. Journal Creation: Ensure timely completion of journal creation for bank account transactions.
  4. Bank Exposure Reporting: Prepare bank exposure and facility utilization reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  5. Confidential Document Handling: Safeguard confidential documents and sensitive data, including screening data, financial records, and compliance information.
  6. Payment and Transfer Review: Review all payments, transfers, and cheques to ensure compliance with standard processes.

  9. Voucher Verification: Verify vouchers prepared by junior staff members.
  10. Bank Correspondence: Handle bank correspondence and documents.
  11. Account Scheduling: Monitor and track account schedules, including prepayments, loans, and amortization.
  12. Bank Liaison: Proactively liaise with bank representatives on banking matters and provide guidance on solutions.
  13. Documentation and Due Diligence: Ensure all areas of work are documented and in line with organizational due diligence processes.
