We are currently working on two major urban rail projects: the Doha Metro and Lusail Tramway. We also provide security and communications systems for Hamad International Airport and Doha Port, as well as delivering world-class In-Flight entertainment and Connectivity systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Digital ID Support Team Leader, you will be accountable for the design and quality development of solutions. This includes:

  • Validating, integrating, and deploying solutions developed by Thales delivery centers.
  • Writing and performing manual and automated tests, recording and tracking defects, and verifying fixed defects.
  • Performing regression and non-functional testing, as well as acceptances (internal and with customers).
  • Assisting customers in troubleshooting and solving incidents by executing in-depth analysis of Thales solutions or escalating to the Level 3 team, if needed.
  • Leading a team providing PKI operations support and Digital ID Thales applications support, including investigation, analysis, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Executing day-to-day PKI operations as per documented operational checklists.
  • Optimizing server architecture, code, data structure, bandwidth, memory, and CPU use.
  • Ensuring adherence to the development process and security guidelines for each delivery.
  • Producing documentation related to quality guidelines and validating documents from developers.
  • Integrating and supporting the Level 2 maintenance team for the deployment and stability of deliveries.
  • Participating in product migration and deployment at customer sites.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and security threats in a distributed environment.
  • Training customers and other Thales team members on the solution and technology, as required.
