Key Responsibilities:- Provide health counseling and guidance to employees
- Attend to sick employees in the Hotel Clinic and provide necessary medical advice
- Maintain accurate records of employee health and medical history
- Conduct hospital visits to admit employees as needed
- Ensure employees with communicable diseases are isolated promptly
- Act as a team leader during medical emergencies
- Check and maintain first aid boxes and logs
- Provide regular health updates to employees
- Collaborate with Government Relations on Qatar Municipality scheduled medicals
- Update HRMS tracking system with Qatar Municipality requirements and records
- Ensure food handlers' documents are up to date and distributed on time
- Coordinate health insurance addition and deletion lists
- Maintain an accident log and coordinate with Loss Prevention Manager and Director of Human Resources
- Maintain confidentiality and only share confidential matters with General Manager and Director of Human Resources
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the Hotel Clinic
- Prepare monthly inventory of clinic medicines and equipment
- Maintain daily log of consultations and patient updates
- Furnish monthly reports of consultations and sick leave
- Participate in Health and Safety campaigns
- Be aware of Fire Safety and evacuation procedures
- Attend required trainings according to schedule
