Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at La Cigale Hotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food preparation and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently provide professional and friendly guest service while supporting fellow colleagues.
  • Ensure the consistency of food preparation for a la carte and buffet menus according to hotel recipes and standards.
  • Actively participate in daily shift briefings to share ideas and opinions.
  • Liaise with Outlet Chefs to maintain open lines of communication regarding guest feedback.
  • Continuously strive to improve food preparation and presentation standards.
  • Maintain proper rotation of products in all chillers to minimize wastage and spoilage.
  • Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily features, and promotions.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils, and equipment.
  • Follow kitchen policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
