Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager to join our team at Strategic Aerospace Services WLL. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of quality management systems and coordinating specialized activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Management System Implementation
    • Establish and ensure the implementation of Project Quality Management System documents.
    • Develop and maintain quality management system procedures and guidelines.
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Reports directly to Project Manager & Project QAM in providing direction to staff and external customers on the QA/QC program to be implemented for the Project.
    • Provide training of personnel to ensure awareness of quality procedures and specific responsibilities in the QA/QC process.
  • Quality Coordination and Auditing
    • Coordinating quality issues between design, construction, and site management (where applicable).
    • Auditing construction, design, and supervision of QA/QC activities of staff and other organizations at scheduled intervals.
  • Quality Reporting and Analytics
    • Scheduling and performing quality audit programs based on contractual requirements.
    • Reporting quality statistics and analytics.
  • Problem Solving and Continuous Improvement
    • Identifying, recording any problem as well as initiating, recommending, or providing solutions/actions to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to the product, process, and quality system.
    • Verify the implementation of solutions to any problem relating to the product, process, and quality system.
  • Quality Management Review
    • Representing the organization on quality issues at meetings with other organizations and the Construction staff.
    • Responsible for coordinating Quality Management Review on a stipulated basis.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Controlling further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming products until the non-conformities identified have been corrected.
    • Assuring the timely completion of corrective actions on deficiencies found during audits and verifying their effectiveness.
  • Continuous Improvement and Quality Enhancement
    • Participating in continuous improvement programs related to the product, process, and quality system.
    • Controlling the activities of Sub-Contracting, Supplying and Manufacturing Parties, and other Service/Product Providers in accordance with this document and associated references.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Urban Planning, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, process mapping, or a related role, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership position.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to develop and implement processes from the ground up. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with smart city technologies, IoT, digital transformation, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of municipal operations, urban planning, or infrastructure management.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, with a strong understanding of best practices in business analysis and process improvement.
