As a Contracts Administrator at Power International Holding, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including consultancy, service, supply, and subcontract agreements. You will work closely with the Contracts Manager to determine proposal concepts, study requests for proposal (RFPs), and attend strategy meetings. This role requires strong commercial and contracts understanding, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue consultancy, service, supply, and subcontract agreements.
  • Administer, review, and register all advance payment guarantees, performance bonds, retention bonds, and required insurances.
  • Verify the authenticity and correctness of submitted cheques and bank guarantees.
  • Maintain records in a systematic manner.
  • Develop proposal information by identifying sources related to the proposal.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Contract Management.
  • At least 7 years of total experience, with 2 years of experience in the GCC region.
  • ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
