About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract and Commercial Manager to join our team at Technip Energies. As a key member of the Operations Expansion & Start Up Department (OES), you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of contracts and commercial activities across various projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Liaise with relevant stakeholders to create and update demand plans to maximize department performance.
  2. Review Scopes of Work (SOW) for various projects, including Front End Engineering Design (FEED) and Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) works, to evaluate contractor/vendor deliverables.
  3. Write up contractual responses to Change Order Requests, claims, and other related correspondence, ensuring compliance within agreements.
  4. Provide guidance to end-users on contract-related risks and best practices to enhance organizational efficiencies.
  5. Support post-award dispute administration, including negotiation, adhering to Company policies and procedures.
  6. Prepare management information reports, through data collection and submission to management for review.
  7. Advise and provide expertise to other disciplines and stakeholder departments in contract and claims management to maximize efficiency.
  8. Perform the complete administration of contract work orders (CWO), including tendering bids, contract award, facilitating change orders, and ensuring post-award support for operational and execution effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 6 years' experience in a contracts management environment within the oil and gas and petrochemical industry.
  • Technical knowledge in reviewing and finalizing various technical contracts.
  • Good knowledge of contract laws and industry practices.

  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Computer literacy, including MS Office and SAP modules.
