Job Description

Accor is seeking a highly skilled Learning Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our employees and support the company's goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze data to inform training program development.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training content.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Tertiary education from a reputable institution.
  • Specialization in Human Resources Development / Education is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in hospitality industry.
  • Facilitation and presentation skills for small and big group training sessions across all levels of colleagues an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word).
Competencies
  • Oral fluency and written excellence in English.
  • Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages and dialects an advantage.
  • Strong communicator with presentation and influencing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work with colleagues from different cultures and connect well with colleagues at all levels.
  • Good understanding of what it takes to build a strong service culture in a world-class hospitality icon.
  • Driven and ability to work independently with high proactivity in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to contribute and work effectively in a team.
